At the Assembly, the representation of all of the organizations and companies is based on the economic importance of the companies which they bundle. All management positions (<span class=\"inline-bubble-link inline-link-active\">President<\/span>, <span class=\"inline-bubble-link inline-link-active\">Vice-presidents<\/span>, <span class=\"inline-bubble-link inline-link-active\">members<\/span> of the Executive Committee, and Board of Directors) may be changed at any time if the organization or company they represent withdraws its confidence from them or replaces them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The governing body of the entity is the <strong class=\"red\">Board of Directors<\/strong>. Its members are appointed every four years from among the representatives of the General Assembly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The <strong class=\"red\">Executive Committee <\/strong>deals with and decides on the ordinary subjects that the Board of <span class=\"inline-bubble-link inline-link-active\">Directors delegates<\/span> based on its Statutes or in each <span class=\"inline-bubble-link inline-link-active\">specific case<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The <strong class=\"red\">President of Foment<\/strong>, chosen by the General Assembly, represents the entity at all kinds of acts and presides over all of the governing bodies and the <span class=\"inline-bubble-link inline-link-active\">Advisory Board<\/span>. All management positions (President, Vice-presidents, members of the Executive Committee, and Board of Directors) may be changed at any time if the organization or company they represent withdraws its confidence from them or replaces them. The governing body of the entity is the Board of Directors. Its members are appointed every four years from among the representatives of the General Assembly. The Executive Committee deals with and decides on the ordinary subjects that the Board of Directors delegates based on its Statutes or in each specific case. The President of Foment, chosen by the General Assembly, represents the entity at all kinds of acts and presides over all of the governing bodies and the Advisory Board. The Board can chose the Vice-presidents from among its members.
