A pesar del procedimiento simplificado dise\u00f1ado por el Gobierno para agilizar el reparto de los recursos, las empresas denuncian que \u00e9stos no terminan de llegar al tejido productivo.\u00a0El Gobierno debe ser capaz de detectar y solucionar r\u00e1pidamente esos obst\u00e1culos para que los fondos den el impulso deseado al crecimiento y a la transformaci\u00f3n del tejido productivo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con la solicitud formal a la CE del tercer pago de los fondos de la EU hecha, que supone un desembolso total de m\u00e1s de 6.000 millones de euros, Espa\u00f1a debe hacer balance de los dos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os y de los retos e incertidumbres que supone el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:
