\u00c9s una evidencia que estem vivint la m\u00e9s gran transformaci\u00f3 des de la revoluci\u00f3 industrial. La tecnologia i la digitalitzaci\u00f3 han obert un nou paradigma tamb\u00e9 en el m\u00f3n de les empreses que avan\u00e7a a tota velocitat cap a un canvi d\u2019enfocament en la manera com l\u2019empresa adapta el seu model de negoci al tipus de client d\u2019avui, actualitzant-se als nous h\u00e0bits i costums dels usuaris i del mercat.<\/span><\/p>\n

En la mateixa l\u00ednia, aquesta transformaci\u00f3 afecta directament a les persones que treballen en aquestes empreses ja que, per una banda l\u2019automatitzaci\u00f3 pot arribar a ser substitutiva del treball hum\u00e0, si b\u00e9 que, alhora pot ser complement\u00e0ria perqu\u00e8 fa m\u00e9s productives les habilitats humanes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aquesta evoluci\u00f3 de les tecnologies ens portar\u00e0 a la creaci\u00f3 de nous productes i serveis que comportaran que sorgeixin noves ocupacions i noves maneres de treballar i d\u2019emprendre.<\/span><\/p>\n
