The industrialized province of Zhejiang, about 300 kilometers south of Shanghai, has a population of more than 57 million inhabitants and a provincial GDP that exceeded 702 billion euros in 2018.

Its economy until recently was based on the chemical, textile, food and construction materials industry, but currently, Zhejiang has taken the digital economy as its priority and implemented to boost it, expanding industrial centers of digital economy and advanced in the transformation of Manufacturing industries.
